HomeBridge is advising brokers that effective Friday, May 13, 2016 all new submissions must have an initial application dated on or after October 3, 2015 to ensure the loan will be TILA/RESPA Integrated Disclosure (TRID) compliant. Applications dated prior to October 3, 2015 will not be eligible.
