HomeBridge is advising brokers that USDA announced updated income limits for 2018 in a Procedure Notice issued June 13, 2018.
The Procedure Notice did not indicate if limits increased or decreased for any specific county.
The new limits published by USDA are attached to this Bulletin for reference or brokers may go to the USDA Income Eligibility calculator and enter the applicable information to view the new income limit for a particular county.
The new income limits apply to loans submitted on or after June 13, 2018.
