The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has announced the 2019 loan limits in VA Circular 26-18-27 issued December 12, 2018. The new loan limits are effective for VA loans funding after January 1, 2019.
VA loan limits for 2019 will match the conventional loan limits set by the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
