HomeBridge is pleased to announce that it is now offering a 20 and 25 year loan term on the fixed rate VA IRRRL product in addition to the 15 and 30 year term that are currently available.
The 20 and 25 year term are available for all new and existing pipeline loans.
The VA IRRRL matrix has been updated with this information and posted to the website at www.homebridgewholesale.com.
Additionally, the HomeBridge rate sheet on the Government Products page has been updated; refer to the Government Adjustments section for applicable pricing adjustment.
