HomeBridge is pleased to announce that 85% LTV/CLTV is now eligible on 1-unit purchase transaction investment properties. This enhancement is effective immediately.
As a reminder, all loans with an LTV > 80% require MI. HomeBridge approved MI companies that will insure investment properties are United Guaranty and Essent. Brokers should refer to MI company websites to review their requirements for investment properties.
The Agency Conforming matrix has been updated and posted on the HomeBridge website at www.homebridgewholesale.com.
