HomeBridge is changing the address for the mortgagee/loss payee clause to the following:

Brokers should begin ordering insurance using this new address effective immediately. Loans in the existing pipeline will not be impacted and may close using the old address.
Loans currently in the pipeline may close using the current mortgagee/loss payee clause however any loan funding on or after December 14, 2015 will require the new mortgagee/loss payee clause.
