HomeBridge is pleased to announce we are enhancing the FHA 203(k) Streamlined program to allow 2-unit primary residence properties. Two unit properties are eligible for both purchase and refinance transactions.
The FHA 203(k) Streamlined matrix will be updated with this information in the near future.
This enhancement is effective immediately.
