HomeBridge is pleased to announce that we are removing the minimum 640 credit score currently required for an FHA property that is being re-sold ≤ 90 days from acquisition. HomeBridge standard minimum credit score requirements and any applicable guidelines will now apply.
All other property flip requirements remain unchanged.
This enhancement is effective immediately, including loans in the pipeline.
