FHA INFO #21-44, issued June 22, 2021, announced the temporary appraisal flexibilities that allowed for exterior-only and/or desktop appraisal, will expire June 30, 2021.
A full, traditional appraisal with an interior/exterior inspection will be required for appraisals completed on or after July 1, 2021.
