HomeBridge will be implementing the following policy due to the projected severity of Hurricane Florence.
All loans secured by a property located in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia will require review by HomeBridge management to determine the potential impact of the hurricane to the property.
Properties along the coast or in the currently projected direct path will not be allowed to fund until Hurricane Florence has passed. Loans that are secured by properties that are inland or outside the current path of Hurricane Florence will be permitted to fund.
HomeBridge will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as additional information becomes available, including information on any re-inspection requirements if FEMA issues a Disaster Declaration for any specific area.
