HomeBridge is pleased to announce additional fixed rate loan terms available on FHA, FHA Streamline, VA, and VA IRRRL transactions. The HomeBridge rate sheet will reflect the new loan terms effective November 12, 2015 and loans submitted to HomeBridge on or after November 12th may utilize the new terms.
FHA, FHA Streamline, VA and VA IRRRL Transactions
Loan terms are now available from 15 to 30 years in one year increments (i.e. 15, 16, 17, 18, etc. up to 30 years).
NOTE: The new loan terms do not apply to conventional, renovation, USDA, or Jumbo loans.
The FHA and VA Submission Forms have been updated to allow a specific loan term to be entered when submitting a fixed rate loan. Additionally, the FHA and VA matrices have also been updated to reflect the new loan terms.
