A new Renovation Acknowledgement form will be required on all HomeStyle, 203(k) Standard/Limited, and VA renovation loans (currently only required on VA).
The Acknowledgement form details the general requirements and procedures of the renovation process to ensure the borrower has a smooth renovation experience.
HomeBridge will require the completed Renovation Acknowledgement form, signed by the borrowers, on all renovation loans submitted on or after September 1, 2018. The Acknowledgement will be required at time of submission.
