The Homebridge P.A.T.H. system has been updated for Access (Non-QM) Investor Cash Flow (ICF) purchase transactions.
P.A.T.H. Update: Investor Cash Flow Short-Term Rental Purchase Transactions
A new Documentation Type option for short-term rental ICF purchase transactions is available in P.A.T.H.:
- The Short Application screen and the Lock Screen will now have a new documentation type option available on the drop down menu:
- “Alternative – AirDNA Rentalizer” (currently the Documentation Type field defaults to “Alternative”)
- New Investor Cash Flow purchase transactions submitted to P.A.T.H. as of the evening of Thursday, July 13, 2023 will require the Broker to select one of the following from the Documentation Type dropdown menu:
- “Alternative – AirDNA Rentalizer”, or
- “Alternative”
NOTE: The selection does not impact pricing
- Brokers may also update the Documentation Type for existing Investor Cash Flow purchase transactions to reflect “Alternative-AirDNA Rentalizer” as of the evening of Thursday, July 13, 2023
