Bulletin 18-42 has been updated for the CDA cost
HomeBridge is revising its collateral desktop analysis (CDA) policy on the Simple Access program.
Simple Access loans that are submitted to HomeBridge on or after September 1, 2018 will require the $165 fee for the CDA to be indicated on the Loan Estimate (LE). The $165 CDA fee will now be charged to the borrower and collected at closing.
