HomeBridge will cease funding loans secured by property located in any of the counties listed below in the states of Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina through Friday, October 7, 2016 due to the severity of Hurricane Matthew.
Funding of loans in the impacted areas will resume on Tuesday, October 11th (as a reminder, Monday, October 10th is a federal holiday). HomeBridge will continue to monitor the situation and issue updates as information becomes available including information on any re-inspections that may be required if FEMA issues Disaster Declarations for a specific area.
