HomeBridge is reducing the tax service fee from $83 to $70 on the programs listed below:
- Fannie Mae, including HomeStyle and HomeReady,
- Freddie Mac, including Home Possible,
- Jumbo and Jumbo Flex,
- Expanded and Elite Plus, and
- Simple Access
As a reminder, a tax service fee is not charged on any FHA, VA, or USDA transaction so these programs are not affected by this change.
The reduced fee applies to loans submitted to HomeBridge on or after March 18, 2019
The Homebridge Submission forms have been updated with this information and will be posted on the Homebridge website at www.homebridgewholesale.com
