Homebridge is reducing the tax service fee to $68 effective immediately (previously $70).
The tax service fee is charged on the following programs:
- Fannie Mae (including HomeStyle, HomeReady, and RefiNow),
- Freddie Mac (including Home Possible and Refi Possible),
- Investor Solution,
- Jumbo and Jumbo AUS, and
- Simple Access
The tax service fee is not charged on the FHA (including 203k), VA, or USDA programs.
Brokers and NDCs should begin issuing LEs with the new fee, as applicable, effective immediately.
