HomeBridge is transitioning to a new process for ordering transcripts directly from Fraud Technology which will allow the use of electronic borrower signatures on IRS Form 4506-T (currently electronic borrower signatures on Form 4506-T are not allowed for transcripts ordered through RealEC)
Transcript orders are currently placed with Fraud Technology through the RealEC portal. Effective January 3, 2017, a direct link to Fraud Technology will be available on the HomeBridge website under the Express 4506 link in addition to the link to RealEC.
Transcripts Ordered on or before January 13, 2017
Brokers will have the option to order transcripts directly from Fraud Technology or through Real EC through January 13, 2017.
Transcripts Ordered after January 13, 2017
Transcripts ordered after January 13, 2017 must be ordered directly from Fraud Technology.
Fraud Technology Login Information
Fraud Technology will email login information to brokers the weekend of December 31st. Brokers will receive a username and will then be required to create a password. Once a password has been created brokers will be able to order transcripts directly with Fraud Technology.

The link to RealEC will continue to be available under the Express 4506 link to allow brokers to correct any transcript request rejections (e.g. correction required, incomplete address, etc.) during the transition period.
