TCF Bank is temporarily suspending the HELOC program that is available in conjunction with a Homebridge Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac first mortgage effective Monday, May 4, 2020.
Homebridge must submit HELOCs to TCF no later than Friday, May 1st at 2:00 PM PDT. A complete submission package is required by TCF. As a reminder, Brokers must provide a signed Notice & Authorization Concerning your Loan Application, in order for Homebridge to submit the HELOC to TCF.
There is no impact to loans that have already been submitted to TCF by Homebridge.
Loans that Homebridge has not submitted to TCF by Friday, May 1st by 2:00 PDT, or submitted without a complete submission package, are ineligible to proceed.
