Homebridge is updating the Fannie Mae HomeStyle and FHA 203(k) Standard and Limited guidance as detailed below.
Contractor Profile Form
Homebridge will now require the following documentation on all renovation transactions (previously only required from contractors not currently accepted by Homebridge)
- The Contractor Profile form
- A completed W-9 form
- Copies of current licensing, liability insurance, and Workman’s Comp insurance, as applicable
Rate/Term Refinance Transactions
Rate/term transactions will require all permits and/or building approvals be received prior to loan funding/closing, if applicable (previously required prior to disbursement of funds from renovation escrow account)
The Contractor Profile and W-9 form are available on the Homebridge website on the Forms page, under Renovation Forms, FHA 203(k) and HomeStyle topic.
The HomeStyle and 203(k) guidelines have been updated and posted on the Homebridge website at www.HomebridgeWholesale.com
