HomeBridge is updating the documents required at submission for IRRRL transactions due to new requirements published by VA in Circular 26-18-1. VA now requires the Loan Comparison be provided to the borrower within 3 days of the initial application.
HomeBridge will require the initial Loan Comparison (Broker/NDC version) be provided at the time of initial loan submission beginning with loans submitted to HomeBridge on or after July 2, 2018.
The VA Submission form has been updated with this information and posted on the HomeBridge website at www.HomeBridgeWholesale.com
